Kickin' A AND Taking Names

You'd better watch yourself around this guy today... If both your A and your N were on my list, I didn't stop until I had them both! With all the fingers that were pointed at me yesterday and really no time or energy to do anything about it, I had a pretty craptastic day. This morning however, I went one by one down the list and "followed up" on all the issues that happened and that were blamed on me. Guess what? It turns out everyone was in the business of buck-passing yesterday and today, well, that buck stopped here. Wow. It felt good to work with people and make them understand the work accountability. Yes, they're accountable to do their job and yes, you can count on me to do mine. Have I made mistakes before, you bet I have! Tons of them probably! I'm not afraid to admit I made a mistake and then do what I have to do to fix it however! Ok. Enough of this soap box. I'm going home and relaxing tonight and getting ready for house hunting on Saturday!
